Wet n Wild “Flights of Fancy” Lip Glosses – Review, Swatches & Looks

Getting in riiiiight at the end of Wet n Wild Wednesday, I’m reviewing another product from the Flights of Fancy collection.

Lets. Talk. Gloss.

The Flighst of Fancy collection includes four lip glosses, with colours inspired by hummingbirds.

It comes in a clear tube with a black and white chevron design on the cap, along with hummingbirds and flowers.

The applicator is a flat paddle.

Pout of Paradise is a mix between a terracotta and an orange crush soda. For a lip gloss, the formula was surprisingly pigmented and smooth.

Featherless is a pale pink neutral. It reminded me of the Too Faced Lip Gloss Oil in Peach FuzzThis gloss was much sheerer than Pout of Paradise.

Shut the Pluck Up is a mauve berry. It was a bit watery, which made for sheer and uneven coverage. I really wish this one was opaque because, in the tube, it looks like the type of lip gloss that I always lean towards.

Love Bird Affair is a candy apple red, with a similar formula to Shut the Pluck Up, but with slightly better coverage.

Pout of Paradise is definitely the star of this bunch. I wouldn’t, however, consider the other three shades to be groundbreaking, as far as formula. If you want to grab any of these, remember that it’s a limited edition collection, and once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.
