Quo Lip Gloss Set – Review and Swatches

When I attended the Quo 2016 Launch back in May, I got the opportunity to play with a whole bunch of the newest products from the brand.

Today, I’m trying out the Lip Gloss Set.

This set comes with 6 mini lip glosses (each tube contains 1.4 g of product).

The glosses have a curved doe foot applicator, which holds a nice dose of product.  The curve makes for a comfortable application, because it hugs the lips.

The individual glosses didn’t have a name or number, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to divide up my swatches, and match up the colour to a specific gloss *whomp whomp*.

Unfortunately, the lack of pigmentation in the glosses meant that I didn’t see a big difference between a lot of the colours – about 3 of them looked the same on the lips – they seemed to sheer out to a very similar colour.  They were comfortable to wear, as they were not to thick.  The glosses wore for about 1.5 hours before fading away.

I’d say that this set is for you if you’re someone who likes to have a lip gloss with you at all times.  You can get the set and pop one in your purse, one in your car, one on your desk, and so on.

If you are looking for some Quo lip products that have a bit more pigmentation, I’d recommend checking out the Colour Lust Lipsticks (review and swatches HERE).  The Quo Lip Gloss Set is available for $18 at Shoppers Drug Mart.
