Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique Haul

A little while ago Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique announced that you could not only order high-end beauty online, but you could also get drugstore products.

So in celebration of that announcement, ya girl went on a little beauty spree.

Every time I order from the online Beauty Boutique I get to pick three free samples from a selection of about ten products. I placed the order on a Saturday and it arrived at my door on Tuesday. Here’s what I grabbed:

For makeup, I picked one high-end item and three drugstore items. I grabbed the Smashbox Cover Shot Palette in Major Metals, the Quo  Blush Duo in Classic Pink, the Maybelline Lemonade Craze Palette and the Maybelline Master Blush Color & Highlight Kit.

I had to grab my favourite shampoo and conditioner duo, the John Frieda Go Blonder line because they were on sale for $7.99 (normally $13.99)….I’m actually kicking myself for not stocking up on these.

I knew I would be getting some makeup and fragrance samples, as I selected three before I checked out, but my order came with this huge bag of extra goodies (on the right).

For free samples I chose an Urban Decay primer (which was actually quite big for a samples size), Guerlain’s Mon Guerlain eau de parfum and Chloe’s Nomade eau der parfum.

Shoppers was kind enough to add an amazing bag full of beauty, hair and skincare samples and full size products. The bag had so much stuff that I had to split it into two photos. There were sample/foil packets of John Frieda’s Brilliant Brunette line (with a $3 off coupon), Olay Regenerist Whip cream, Maui Moisture Bamboo Fibers shampoo and conditioner, Life Moroccan Argan Oil Revitalizing Hair Mask, Bioré Self Heating One Minute Mask and Nivea Care Intensive Nourishment Cream.

It also came with a full-size Covergirl Lash Blast Volume Mascara, Cake Beauty The ‘Do Gooder Volumizing Dry Shampoo, Garnier Micellar Water, a full-size essence Water Kiss Glossy Lip Colour in Underwater Beauty, Soap & Glory XXL Pillow Plump Sexy Mother Pucker in Pinkwell, NYX Worth the Hype Volume & Lengthening Mascara, a full-size L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in Matte-ly IN Love, Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer, Neutrogena All-in-One Make-up Cleansing Wipes Pixi Glow Tonic and full-size Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Toast of New York.

With a lot of the items I grabbed being on sale, plus the generous gifts with purchase, I dub this shopping spree a success!
