Dior Rouge Brilliant Lipshine & Care Couture Colour ‘Miss’ (359) – Review, Swatch, and Look

As I write this, I look out the window and see what *was* a beautiful spring day, turn into a wet windy mess.  But the uncharacteristically wonky weather won’t stop me from writing about bright spring products!

This is the Dior Rouge Brilliant Lipshine & Care Couture Colour.

The Dior Rouge Brilliant Lipshine & Care Couture Colour ($35 USD/$43 CAD) is a gloss that conditions your lips, with lipcare oils.  The gloss contains 6 ml of product, and is housed in a clear tube to show off the colour, with a silver accent and a black cap.  It has a doefoot applicator that has a reservoir to hold the right amount for a light application.

‘Miss’ (359) is a juicy, muted-but-bright pink.  It took two dips of the wand to get the colour to really show up on my lips, but to make up for the sheer pigmentation, the formula was nice – not sticky or thick.  It gave a fresh “wet” look to my lips, which I really liked (it made my lips look a little bit plumper than they actually are).
