Essence Spring/Summer 2016 Launch

To celebrate the official beginning of spring, I have details on the latest makeup coming from Essence.

As per usual, Essence is coming out with a whole bunch of new releases this season.  Even a potential high-end dupe…..

The launch event was held at bakery and cafe, Maman, in Toronto.  The theme was ‘Essence in Makeupland’, a spin on Alice in Wonderland.

You can expect a lot from Essence this season – products like liquid lipsticks, foundations, color correcting sticks, brow mascaras (similar to Benefit’s ‘Gimme Brow’), and more will soon begin to pop up at Shoppers Drug Mart, and Loblaws.

I think the products I’m most excited about are the Loblaws exclusives.  Specifically, the ombre blushes, and the blue and yellow nail polishes.  And can we talk about the lip liners?  I have GOT to get my hands on those.  See anything that you’ll be picking up?  Let me know in the comments.  Until next time, toodles! – Shawna
