It’s always a fun day when I try out a new highlighter. This is the new Dior Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer Shimmering Sculpting Powder #002.
Part of the Spring 2017 Colour Gradation Collection, this highlighter looks like my kinda shade!
The Dior Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer Shimmering Sculpting Powder #002 ($68 CAD) comes in the classic Dior highlighter packaging – a mirrored, magnetic compact, in a velvety pouch, with a small kabuki brush. It contains 6 g of product, compared to a BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed, which contains 7 g of product.
Shade #002 is a beautiful cool-toned icy pink, that is sure to make your cheekbones pop!
The last time Dior released a highlighter was in the Fall of 2016, as part of their Skyline Collection (Review HERE). Shade #001 was more of a peachy champagne shade, while shade #002 is definitely more on the frosty pink side.
When shade #001 was released I wasn’t the biggest fan of the formula, because I had a hard time picking up the product with my brush. Almost as if there was a film overtop, that needed to be removed. However, shade #002 was a completely different story, the product picked up much more easily. The provided kabuki brush, picked up the perfect amount of product for a natural sweep of glow over my cheeks.
