Bio-Oil – Review

I’ve been hearing people talk about Bio-Oil for years, but I’ve never actually tried it.

Bio Oil review

Until about a month ago, I didn’t know what I was missing!

Bio Oil is a PurCellin Oil that helps take care of:

  • Scars
  • Stretch Marks
  • Uneven Skintone
  • Aging Skin
  • Dehydrated skin

It can also be used as cuticle care, which is great for us mani-lovers.

I’ve been mainly using Bio-Oil to help take care of my scars.  The directions on the bottle say to apply it twice a day, for three months, so I haven’t seen my scars totally disappear, as I have only been using it for one month.  However, I do see my dark scars slowly starting to brighten up.  Besides taking care of my scars, I absolutely love how this stuff feels on my hands.  If it had no skincare benefits, I’d probably still use it on my hands because it makes them feel super moisturized and soft.  And even though it’s an oil product, my hands don’t feel greasy after using it.

You can find Bio-Oil at leading retailers for $12.99 CAD (60 ml), $21.99 CAD (125 ml), and $29.99 CAD (200 ml).  Let me know in the comments below what you use Bio-Oil to help with.
