Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick ‘Fig’ – Review and Swatches

Ever since Too Faced came out with the Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipsticks, my #1 dream colour was ‘Fig’.  Whenever I would go into Sephora I would run over to the Too Faced counter and try it on.

Luckily, Ulta sent me a $10 off coupon for my birthday, so I knew that this was my chance.

‘Fig’ is a stunning dusty magenta colour.  It’s got a dash of mauve, a hint of red, and a splash of purple that just screams ‘Take me home, Shawna!’.  It has a circular felt tip applicator that makes applying the liquid lipstick a breeze.  The small size allows for control and a precise application – something that I tend to have have a hard time with, since I can’t seem to colour within the lines.

You get 0.4 ounces of product, compared to the average liquid lipstick in tube form, like ColourPop which contains 0.11 ounces.

It dries to an almost matte, slightly satin finish, which makes it feel super comfortable on the lips.
