MAC/Estee Lauder Warehouse Sale – March 2016 + Haul + MAC Giveaway Announcement

Hello, friends!  I just came back from the MAC/Estee Lauder warehouse sale!  If you aren’t familiar with this sale, click HERE for the low-down, as well as a vlog to walk you through the sale.

MAC Estee Lauder Warehouse Sale

Curious what they had this year?  Care to see what I picked up for myself?  WHAT WAS IN THE CHARITY BAG? Make sure you keep reading all the way to the end, for my big announcement 😉

I went on the Friday this year, because I was lucky enough to get a ticket for that day, which was great because I like to line up early & get first dibs at the stock.  I got there at about 8:00 AM, and this is what the lineup looked like.

This was the lineup at 9:00 AM.  Unfortunately, unlike my first time at the sale (where we only had to wait outside for 15 minutes), we did not get to go to line up inside the building until half an hour before the sale opened.

By 9:30 AM we were let inside, and this is what the lineup looked like (organized ‘snake style’).

I was with fun people, so the 2 hour wait didn’t feel long at all….but it definitely felt cold.  Shout out to the heaters on the ceiling that were working overtime.

In addition to the usual brands they carry every year like MAC, Estee Lauder, Smashbox, and Bobbi Brown, I spotted a few Tom Ford products – how fancy!  Here are a whole bunch of pictures from inside the sale.

I was pretty good this time – I didnt spend too much on myself.  Here’s my haul.

Estee Lauder ‘Pure Color’ Eyeshadow
Estee Lauder ‘Shell’ Eyeshadow Duo

MAC Toledo Ombre Blush ‘Kindergarten Red’

The charity bag contained three products: a mixture of a MAC lipstick (‘Ruby Woo’ in Limited Edition packaging – no box), a Clinique or Estee Lauder nail polish, and a MAC Casual Lip & Cheek Colour.

MAC ‘Ruby Woo’ Lipstick, Clinique ‘Black Honey’ Nail Polish, MAC Casual Lip & Cheek Colour ‘Hi Jinks!’

On our way out, in exchange for our ticket, we received a Clinique nail polish, and an Estee Lauder sample.

Clinique ‘Really Rio’ Nail Polish, Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer + Pure Color Envy Lipstick sample.

Last but not least, the big announcement!  I mentioned earlier that I didn’t spend too much on myself, but that doesn’t mean that I didn’t drop some cash for my readers.  That’s right friends, I dub this month, March 2016 as ‘March MAC-ness’ on Spill the Beauty.  I will be doing a MAC giveaway every week for the month of March.  Stay tuned to Spill the Beauty and follow my Instagram @ShawnaOhPlease for the heads up, because the first MAC giveaway goes live tomorrow.

Thanks for reading, and until next time (‘next time’ being tomorrow’s first of four MAC giveaways), toodles! – Shawna
